Comments/Recommendations
Stairs with guard rails need to be installed A.S.A.P. Heard about the horrific accident about a grinder in another facility earlier this week and we do not want that happening here. Apart from the new stairs, the rest are good to go. We did well on the new ventilation, visible exit signs, and that fire extinguisher on the visible and very accessible corner.
